Your Place In The Sun
Hotel Cap Negret in Altea gives you the chance to be captivated by the magic of the Mediterranean due to its special location facing the sea, the amazing food, its unique atmosphere and its attentive team.
The hotel is located 45 minutes from Alicante Airport and just 10 minutes from the picturesque Old Town of Altea.
As a participant at Energy & Ocean 2026, you’ll receive a 5% hotel discount at Hotel Cap Negret after signing up. Discounted rooms are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Participants are welcome to attend the retreat without staying at the hotel, as accommodation at the hotel is optional.
9 Minutes Moves
Irina Lee discovered Michael Holland's 9 Minutes Movement Routine in the Summer of 2025. You will get a thorough introduction to the sequence at the retreat.
The routine combines gentle strength, flexibility, and functional movements that support joint health, circulation, and posture, making it suitable for all fitness levels and easy to integrate into daily life.
Movement reconnects us to our bodies, awakening energy, presence, and a sense of aliveness.
As the sun rises, we gather to move on the beach every morning. This is a gentle practice designed to awaken the body and set the tone for the day ahead.
Walk With Us
As a participant, you are invited to join us on daily walks in our immediate surroundings.
Surrounded by stunning nature, Altea offers beautiful walking paths, suitable for all ages and levels – including the famous Faro del Albir coastal walk.
The Pearl of Costa Blanca
Altea will be your home for the week. The little white village on the Mediterranean Sea looks like something from a postcard.
It doesn’t come as a surprise that year after year, Altea gets elected among the most beautiful villages in Spain.
Sound of Silence
Throughout the retreat, you will invited to explore the practice of silence. These practices will include guided and silent meditations, journaling, and a variety of breathing techniques.
These gentle modalities help calm the nervous system, create mental clarity, and open space for reflection, insight, and deeper connection with yourself.

Since 2015 Robin Hallsten have provided spaces of peace through meditation, yoga, coaching and soundhealing. His aim is to help people get rid of all the things that get in the way of us seeing and experiencing the peace that already resides within us.
Robin has throughout the years learnt numerous modalities and techniques and this has become his primary expertise: To help people down regulate their nervous system so that they can live a life of more harmony and peace.
Guro Høgberg & Cathrine Berge
Cathrine Berge and Guro Høgberg (left) are among Norway’s leading practitioners in bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) and holistic hormonal health.
Through God Helse AS, Cathrine and Guro support individuals in restoring balance using a holistic approach. At this retreat, they will share how to live a more hormone-friendly life, guided by knowledge, respect for the body, and its natural ability to regain balance.
Ida Hansteen
Trained as a social anthropologist with additional education in change management, Ida Hansteen bridges academia and practice. After being diagnosed with incurable cancer, she applied her expertise in research-based publishing to write The Art of Living with Cancer.
Her work invites a broader conversation about biohacking from a cancer perspective, with a focus on lifestyle principles for longevity and on training both body and mind to build strength and resilience.

Marit Pedersen

Drawing on Raggalita’s years of work with embodied presence, you’ll be invited into an exploration of vulnerability as strength – and the courage it takes to remain sensitive in a world full of stimulus and hustle.
You’ll learn about and explore the felt sense (Eugene Gendlin), and how a calm mind and body create access to rawness and resilience.
